Police Bait Cars
Two video pages One shows protesters milling around abandoned police cruisers
left in the street as bait cars. The other shows a suspect agent provocateur smashing a bait car. Toronto G20 Exposed: Suspected Agent Provocateur Wearing $650 Jacket Five police cars were damaged, all later in the Saturday march, when riot lines suddenly eased and protesters broke off from the main march. Protesters were led to or allowed to march or run past bait cars (police cruisers abandoned in the middle of Toronto streets) and one was definitely trashed and burned fairly quickly according to media reports. A man has been taken into custody. The other bait cars were left mysteriously abandoned in the street for a long period. In one video peaceful protesters are seen sitting on a car and hanging around it, doing nothing violent at all. No police show up to claim it in a city downtown where you can't walk down many streets without fear of search and arrest. Then the video shows a suspected agent provocateur wearing an expensive jacket appear. He jumps on the hood and bounces the car, asks a peaceful protester to move aside. Kicks out the windshield with a steel toed boot. He then goes on top and smashes the lights. People oppose him verbally, he studies his work from the street then others appear (rather shadowy in the video) helping him as he sets up the interior of the car. Likely for later burning. And it appears that the burning was set to be done from the inside. That gas tanks of these cars were likely left at the near the empty mark. So it appears bait cars were placed, but they didn't rely entirely on protesters to simply burn them. They had police agents on the ground to make sure it was done. Other activist video shows protesters or police agents dressed in black (it's hard to be sure) setting up a couple police cars by slowly setting fires in their interiors. Again, the cars were simply left in the street as bait or decoys and no police attempt to save their own equipment. Whether police agents or protesters destroyed the cars, it makes little difference. There is such a thing as entrapment. If police know that by leaving a car abandoned in the middle of the street on a protest route will eventually lead to it being vandalized. They have in fact entrapped the vandal, who otherwise may have done nothing. In this case it is worse because with 20,000 police and riot police they could have easily pulled the cars out quickly. *Note: As arrests come in after the fact, vandals appear to be Toronto residents, teenage to mid twenties, with a criminal history but no history as activists or protesters. In Toronto in times when people take to the streets, like soccer fans or whatever. Police do put cruisers at a slant to block the road and the two officers stand outside by the car. Never do they abandon it, and if they had to they would put in a quick call and the police cavalry would come to the rescue. At the G20 they just put cars out and left. Why Would The RCMP Headed Integrated Security Unit Use Bait Cars? Many ordinary people call the bait car thing a conspiracy theory, but they don't know the history. Anti globalization protests have always been infiltrated by police intelligence and they always set up bizarre and strange events that lead to violence. To start let's look at the players in the Police Army 1. Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Cabinet. A number of them from Toronto, which they hate because the largest protests in Ontario history were against them in the Mike Harris years. They win no seats in the heart of Toronto. 2. RCMP Intelligence. They've been caught before using agent provocateurs, and they were in command. 3. The OPP headed by Julian Fantino, the guy who likes to smash native protests, His last hurrah before retiring perhaps. 4. Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair. Has worked on blocking protest from his early days opposing the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty. Motive: What possible motive could Police have? 1. They wanted the fence protected. Distracting protesters with bait cars worked to keep them away from the fence. 2. Media Profiling: media were setup to film the first car burnings. This gives news directors the Big Story. And once they have it they won't dig any deeper as they rely on police daily for story leads. 3. Profiling the Protest: Now with sensational media reports out and news anchor people shaking their heads over the violence, the entire protest movement of mostly peaceful protesters has been painted as criminal. 4. Secret Martial Law: Now that the protest has been profiled as Rogue, police move in to retake the areas they abandoned. Mass search and arrest has been enabled, without media objecting to it. Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty has already okayed mass search thru a secret ordinance. Alphonse MacNeil, the RCMP Commander has ordered mass arrest. One protester reported to me that he heard a senior police officer on the ground yelling, "Make arrests, just make arrests, that's the order!" 5. 1.3 Billion in needless security spending is now justified. They fill their makeshift jail, attack further peaceful protest and generally shut things down. 6. Data Collection: Police are data freaks. Mass arrests and search and taking IDs of people gives them info for their further police work against those opposing globalization. 7. Political Prisoners. With a profile of a violent protest their arrests of people who did little other than organize legitimate protest can be prosecuted with police painting them as near terrorists. That would be people like Jaggi Singh or David McNally. 8. Legitimizing the Crimes of World Leaders and the G20 led New World Order: With dissent shut down, the protest declared rogue and many people brutalized and facing charges, the general public is led to believe that it was done and paid for to protect the very honest and important elite behind the fence. End Note: There is no reason to believe that government and police could not have allowed a weekend of legitimate protest. Vandals could have been targeted and peaceful protest and people on the streets left alone. Clearly government and the police in Canada and Toronto are trapped like flies in amber to a Police State Mentality.
