  •  Captured G20 Police Document Shows the ISU had full Knowledge of a Violent Action to Occur under cover of the CLC March.

July.13.2010 By Gary Morton at http://citizensontheweb.ca G20 news page.

This week activists posted a video on You Tube showing the trashing of a police car by protesters in black. A lot of people were doing video of it as they took documents out of the police car and placed them on the hood. One was a police intelligence document that shows that all police in the city had full knowledge of a violent anarchist action to occur on Saturday.

I took a screen shot of the document from the You Tube video and have posted it online.

Key to G20 Violence is this info contained in the document.

“During the CLC March and Rally, a second demonstration is being coordinated by the Southern Ontario Anarchist Resistance (SOAR)   entitled “Get Off The Fence” It is described as a militant march to the Summit intended to tear down the perimeter fence and coordinate a confrontational protest with police. The SOAR march will also begin at 1300 hrs; however, an alternative route is planned where the break off group will meet at 1600h between Dundas and Grange Park. See IV.  Situational Awareness and Tactics for more information.

This information was clearly gathered by police intelligence working inside the protest camp. The TCM Website of the protesters gives only this info “***1:00pm, March, Queen's Park: "Get OFF the Fence."

Also people all around Toronto were told, as I was Friday at Allan Gardens, that the Black Bloc was going to join the Labour March and then break away from it. And with that news all over Toronto, it appears many vandals were drawn to come out.

However, info about the alternate route and the Dundas and Grange Park stuff appears to have been known only by police and anarchist organizers.

This is a Smoking Gun … because we now know.

-ISU and all of its members including Toronto Police knew anarchists intent on violence were going to use the Canadian Labour Congress March for cover, gather people along the way and break off for a violent action.

-We also know that no preemptive action to stop this from happening really took place.

-Police clearly seemed to allow it to happen and once the Black Bloc got loose, chaos ensued and many CLC and related protesters, intent on a peaceful march, along with ordinary citizens across the city, got victimized by brutal police.

-Many had been or were searched. (I was searched) And it is clear that searches all over downtown came about through confusion created by Dalton McGuinty and a secret ordinance allowing police to search at the fence. Because the Ontario government threw this out in haste it was interpreted incorrectly, causing police to believe they had extraordinary legal powers to search people all over the downtown outside the fence.

Then the situation gets even weirder.

These key videos show police abandoning Yonge Street and anarchists marching in.

Keep in mind that police are acting on information that the body of anarchists are going to gather and move down to attack the fence West of Yonge Street. So that may be why they got orders to leave Yonge Street.

Then we see video of a body of anarchists with Jaggi Singh at the front walking not toward the fence but East on Queen. This is all under surveillance from RCMP Command. High profile activist Singh is not even wearing a mask. He just marches at the front and breaks no law. Riot police at every street allow these Black Bloc protesters to pass, and then they turn north finding themselves on Yonge Street, which is completely abandoned by police. As they march north major vandalism occurs. Though Jaggi Singh now faces numerous charges, he did not vandalize anything, and in a situation where no police were around, he could not have stopped other Black Bloc protesters from vandalizing things even if he wanted to.

Of course after that a weekend of attacks on every sort of protest occurred … even on local residents.

And here we have that smoking gun again.

    - There is no way RCMP Command with full video surveillance did not see Jaggi Singh and a body of anarchists marching over to Yonge Street.

    - And there is no explanation as to why they pulled the bike cop army off Yonge and had riot cops stand down to allow them to pass.

In this sense it goes right to the top. Why did RCMP Command allow this and why did they not simply take earlier action to separate the Bloc from the CLC or many other measures to ensure a peaceful march?

Were there people at the top … perhaps even Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Cabinet, that did not want a weekend of peaceful protest in Toronto?
